Our story

A Tunisian Export Company, Family-Owned

Prince Olive Oil Tunisia, legally Prince de Huile d'Olive, is a family-owned export company built around a single product line: organic extra virgin olive oil from Tunisia.

The company exists to close a specific gap. Tunisia is the second-largest olive oil exporter in the world, yet most international buyers still source through Italian or Spanish re-bottlers, paying intermediary margins for oil that began its life in Mahdia or Sfax.

Our role is to remove the intermediary layer. Buyers deal directly with the origin, with documented organic certification, first cold press extraction, and full export paperwork issued before each container loads.

Our regions

Mahdia and Sfax — Tunisia's Olive Belt

Mahdia and Sfax sit on the central Tunisian coast, a corridor that has produced olive oil since antiquity. The Mediterranean climate, low summer rainfall, and calcareous soils concentrate polyphenols and deliver the spec profile international buyers expect from a southern Mediterranean origin.

Tunisia is the world's second-largest olive oil exporter, with the central coastal belt accounting for the bulk of the country's organic production.

Both regions feed into our certified partner network, which keeps the supply geographically tight and quality consistent across harvest years.

Sourcing

A Certified Partner Farm Network

Partner farms are admitted to the network after audit against organic compliance, harvest practices, and transport-to-press timing. Selection is not on price alone.

Each partner is held to the same organic standard and the same per-batch testing protocol, so the consistency a buyer signs off on in a 1 L sample carries through to the full container.

Relationships run multi-year, not single-harvest. That continuity is how we keep specification drift out of repeat orders for framework buyers.

Independent organic certification of the supply chain is verified annually, and traceability records link every finished lot back to its source farm and harvest date.

Capacity

10,000 Tons. On-Site Storage. Framework-Ready.

Annual capacity is 10,000 tons of organic EVOO. Storage tanks on-site hold inventory between harvests so framework agreements are not exposed to seasonal stockouts.

Bulk and bottled lines run in parallel, which means a private label launch and a bulk flexitank order can be served from the same source without compromising either.

For multi-container, 6 to 12 month frameworks, capacity is the relevant question. Ten thousand tons is the answer.

Quality

First Cold Press, Tested Per Batch

Extraction is first cold press only, with the temperature held below 27°C. No chemical or thermal processing, no second-run blending.

Each batch is tested for free acidity, peroxide value, K232, and K270, with the lab report issued alongside the Certificate of Origin and organic certificate.

Sensory verification supports the EVOO grade declaration.
